Our primary charity partners are United Way and Red Cross, however depending on the month we may add additional charity partners for you to choose between in the Rewards & Vouchers section of your account.

The following items are not eligible as a Qualifying Products: London Drugs gift cards, point of sale activated gift cards, event ticket sales, parking vouchers, lottery tickets, transit passes, optometry services, all products containing tobacco, purchases at Canada Post kiosks, stamps, marriage licenses, Insurance Department purchases, shipping costs, all taxes and levies, all Apple products, prescribed medication and devices, and any other items not permitted by applicable laws or legal obligations.

Points collected on eligible purchases will usually show in your account within 72 hours. For online orders, points will populate within 72 hours of the date of shipment, not the date of purchase. If they haven’t shown after this time please contact customercare@ldextras.com.

Yes! As long as you have made a purchase with your LDExtras number in the past 12 months, you will get your birthday reward. Watch for an email in the weeks leading up to your birthday to activate your reward and be sure to activate before the end of your birthday month!

Yes, LDExtras members have 30 days to return items instead of the normal 15 days. You’ll need to provide a valid LDExtras member ID when returning your product in store.

Any collected Points will be refunded for any qualifying products that have been returned in store.

They're still here! The only real difference is that now we've given you a choice of how to redeem. Collect points to redeem for a $5 voucher, discounts off services, or donate them to charity.

You can now choose what you want to use your points for:

• Exchange 250 points for a 20% discount on any Purchase Protection Plan*
• Exchange 5000 points for a $5 Reward voucher
• Donate 5000 points to one of our charity partners

*Purchase Protection Plan Plus is not eligible for this offer

Your points last for as long as you are an active member of the program. If you don’t make a purchase using your LDExtras member ID for a period of 12 months, your Membership will be deemed inactive, and all points will be forfeited at London Drugs’ discretion.

It all starts on your account. Your account is your hub for exchanging points for rewards. Once you’ve exchanged your points or activated your birthday reward, your Reward vouchers will be available at the till in-store when you provide your LDExtras member ID at checkout. Just tell the cashier that you’d like to spend your voucher.

‘Just For You Perks’ are personalized bonus point offers targeted to LDExtras members based on their past shopping habits. These offers change monthly and mean you can earn even more points on the products you already love to shop!

You will receive your regular points PLUS the bonus points indicated on the ‘Just For You Perks’ offer.

'Just for you perks' are personalized offers made just for you. We build offers based on your shopping habits so everyone's offers will be different.

All points collected on returned 'Just For You Perks' products will be refunded from your account.

We will never limit the number of products you can purchase but there may be maximum points limitations or "cap" in place on 'Just For You Perks' offers. All offer conditions including the points cap can be found in the terms and conditions of the bonus offer.

No, your available offers will automatically appear in your account and the bonus points will be automatically added when you purchase the qualifying product.

Although we highly encourage people to log in and take advantage of all of the benefits LDExtras has to offer, we understand that not everyone is as comfortable with or has easy enough access to technology. Not to worry! As a Fan, you are able to bank up to 20,000 points and as a Fave you can bank up to 50,000. Once you go over this limit, as long as your account is active, these points will automatically convert to vouchers in your account which are redeemable on your next shopping trip.

If the points are still missing, please submit a claim in the "My Account" section of your profile and our Customer Care team will look into it for you.

We’ve made a number of changes to LDExtras since the first version of the program. To keep your personal information secure and make sure you’re fully aware of all the changes, we’re asking all members to reset their password and agree to the updated terms and conditions.

LDExtras is a digital loyalty membership program owned and operated by London Drugs.

There are 2 ways new members can join LDExtras

• Online at www.ldextras.com
• By downloading the London Drugs app from the App store or the Google Play store.

To be a member of the LDExtras Program, members must be at least 16 years of age and provide,

• A first and last name
• A valid email address
• A valid Canadian phone number
• Date of birth
• Postal code
• City
• Province

NOTE Although there is an address field in the sign up, it is not mandatory

We have reimagined LDExtras to be more rewarding, more personalized, and more fun for members than ever before. You can collect points on all eligible purchases made instore or online at London Drugs. Choose what to redeem your points for, activate a $5 birthday reward and you’ll receive personalised bonus points offers and incentives.

We wanted to reward our extra loyal members, so we’ve created 2 types of membership.

• LDExtras Fans collect 10 Points for every $1 they spend on Qualifying Products.
• LDExtras Faves will collect 15 Points for every $1 spend on Qualifying Products.

To earn LDExtras Fave status, you must have a minimum annual spend of $1000 (CAD) associated with your LDExtras account between January to December of the current calendar year. You will remain an LDExtras Fave for a minimum of 12 months but if you do not reach a further minimum spend of $1000 the following calendar year, you will revert to "Fan" status.

There is no physical card! All you need to do is provide your LDExtras member ID (your phone number) at the time of purchase to collect points. Alternatively, you can use the app to display the member ID barcode if you’d prefer not to say your phone number aloud in store.

LDExtras is a digital only program, which means you need to have access to a valid email address and access to the internet in order to manage your membership and be part of the program.

You can choose to opt out of receiving marketing emails at any time but you will still receive any important program emails regarding your account.

We want to learn more about you so we can provide you with offers that are meaningful to you and personalize your experience with the Program.

Your information will be strictly protected at all times by London Drugs. London Drugs will never sell or rent your information to anyone for any reason. Under strict conditions and safeguards, London Drugs may allow secured access of Member information to trusted service providers for the purpose of assisting London Drugs to administer the Program and providing Members with Extras. Not at all! Although a cell phone and an app can make it a bit more convenient, LDExtras only requires an internet connection! Log in through www.ldextras.com on any web browser to manage your points, rewards, and account settings.

Use the ‘Forgotten password’ link on the website or the app to reset your password. 

Technically yes. But bear in mind, LDExtras accounts are only intended to be used by one individual. This is to protect the personal information of the person signing up for the account and make sure only one person can access any earned rewards. If an account is shared, that data is open to be viewed, not to mention you will only get one birthday reward and your perks will be a mix of the both of you. We highly encourage two accounts to get the best possible experience.

You will need to log in to you account via the website or the app to update your information, preferences or marketing opt-ins. You won’t be able to amend details like your birthday or phone number to protect our members from fraudulent behaviour.
